Romantika Home Decor is committed to fulfil the market demands and to meet the interest of our beloved customers. It is important to read our Return policy before making a purchase on our website.
- In order to provide excellent service, we will make sure all products are in good conditions before packing and dispatch.
- We reserve the rights to make amendments to this policy without prior notice.
Hence, we do not accept returns/refunds/exchange of purchased goods in the following ways:
- Change of mind/interest.
- After 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Items purchased in physical outlets cannot be changed in online service and vice versa.

- Products with defects by our side that we did not aware off.

For above stated reasons should your wish to return your item(s), kindly please attach the Sales Receipt in the returned parcel by your side and ensure the item(s) have not been used and still in original packaging. We can only accept the return within 7 days upon receiving and in stated conditions earlier.
Customers are responsible for the item(s) they wish to return until they arrive at our warehose. All delivery costs are beared by customer. Plese ensure the packaging of the item(s) are in good condition and unbreakable. We do encourage our customers to use courier service that is reliable and trackable as Romantika Home Decor will not hold the responsibility if your package is lost/damaged during the return process.
